In the heart of Culver City's media district.
We are conveniently located in the Hayden Tract, recently resurrected by world-class architects and planners.
Hayden Studios was among the first organizations to arrive in the tastefully redeveloped Hayden Tract. Not long ago, our neighborhood was a forgotten land sandwiched between Ballona Creek and a defunct rail line, littered with deteriorating warehouses from Culver City's aerospace industry. Today, we are a proud resident in a neighborhood graced with whimsical buildings of glass, steel, wood, and brick.
Redesigned in 2007 by renowned architect Eric Owen Moss, Hayden was then part of the Conjunctive Points development project, an initiative that helped create and drive today's thriving creativity in Culver City. Hayden continues to be at the center for multiple commercial and cultural activities. The structure itself was originally built in the 1980's, and housed feature film, television and commercial production.
Hayden features a distinctly beautiful roofline and Wi-Fi equipped roof decks, framed by innovative fiberglass, glass, metal and wood, and enjoys ample natural light.
